This notice explains how Cozy Travel uses the information you submit through the travel enquiry form.
What we collect
Your name, chosen contact details, travel interests, destination ideas, dates, traveller count and any message you choose to provide. We do not intentionally collect payment details through this form.
Why we use it
We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible travel arrangements, keep a record of the conversation and protect the service from spam or abuse. We do not sell enquiry information.
Where it is processed
The form is hosted using Amazon Web Services in Australia. AWS acts as an infrastructure service provider. Access is limited to authorised Cozy Travel administration.
Retention
Enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 180 days after submission. DynamoDB deletion happens asynchronously, and encrypted point-in-time recovery backups may remain recoverable for up to 35 additional days.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry. Submit the enquiry form again with “Privacy request” in the message and include your existing reference if available. We will use the supplied contact method to verify the request.
Consent record
We store the time of your acknowledgement and the privacy-notice version shown when you submitted. This is used only to demonstrate how the enquiry was received.
